As a consultant, I collaborate with people that inspire me. This has led to partnerships with a wide variety of organizations serving young people in school-site, non-profit, university, and museum settings.

Each collaboration leads to new learning about the systems preventing people from thriving and reveals fresh insights about how to organize collective efforts to improve. I see each project as an opportunity to explore different facets of system change and build relationships within a movement for quality workplaces and quality of life.

  • I can provide improvement science training, coaching for improvement teams, and advising on project selection, scoping, or chartering. Consider me your guide along the improvement journey!

  • I can speak to your class or provide workshops for your students. I can also help you design or facilitate a hands-on improvement project driven by faculty and/or students.
